In 1998 Norm returned to school to study film making, where he produced and directed two short independent films before setting off as an independent film producer. As head of BluNile Films, he executive-produced a teen suspense thriller, Pray for Morning, released in 2006.
His latest feature film In Search of Liberty was released on BluRay, DVD and Digital HD on August 29, 2017. This was produced by IC Freedom Pix LLC, where Norm served as Director and Producer. The movie is being marketed and distributed by IC Liberty Films LLC.
